  1. ANP 204 has been a wonderful, eye-opening course. I feel I am leaving this course with a better understanding of the vital role medical anthropologists play in our society and the betterment of health care locally and globally. I think anyone interested in the health care field (human or animal related) could benefit from this course.

Professor Ott – the class was so well organized, you gave wonderful feedback to our class, and the sources chosen for each week were so interesting and captivating. I can’t begin to tell you how many people I told about the film “Placebo: Cracking the Code” because I was so fascinated. This was hands down my favorite online course I’ve taken at MSU. Also, it was really awesome to read a little more about your background in medical anthropology and what you have been involved in so thank you for sharing that.

Wishing you all a great last little bit of summer. 🙂
