Anthropology majors have complemented their anthropological education by taking advantage of MSU’s wide range of undergraduate minors and specializations. Because of the wide range of topics and interests of our majors, there is no single minor or specialization that is particularly relevant; it depends on your interests. In the past, majors have chosen specializations such as the Specialization in African American and African Studies; the Specialization in Latin American and Caribbean Studies; the Specialization in Peace and Justice Studies; and the Specialization in Asian Pacific American Studies. Anthropology professors participate in many of these specializations. The MSU Office of the Registrar maintains a list of minors here, and a list of undergraduate specializations here.
